I have always had a passion for designing and decorating. For many years this was a service I provided for friends and family and since completing The Interior Design Institute’s Diploma I’ve been working professionally through Sunny Staging and Designs. Through Sunny Designs I have successfully completed a wide array of projects including many on tight budgets.

At Sunny Designs I love it when I can help my clients to achieve a high level of design without having to choke on the big designer price tags. I love to mix a few designer pieces where they’ll have the most impact with some vintage, handmade, or discount pieces. I don’t think rooms should ever feel like they have a theme, or look staged – especially if they have been staged!

I named my design venture Sunny for two reasons. First, who doesn’t love a relaxing warm sunny room? Think ‘cozy cup of tea in the morning’ with the sun streaming through the windows and a view of the shore. We are all about happy, comfortable spaces. Second, Sunny is my family’s super happy, outgoing, and cuddly Portuguese Water Dog. She loves a good quality sofa on which to lounge!
